We have a strong team that steers our Research and Development department. The department is well equipped with various tools and technologies that help us ensure consistent production of ratio solder wire. Each batch we produce is of the best available quality and aligns with requirements of our customers and set quality standards.

We are indigenously producing Tin-Lead Solder products in 13 different ratios and in 10 different wire diameters (swage) from 9 swg to 28 swg. Our Solder Spool (Reel) packaging are oxidation resistant and way apart from the industry standards consistent with our vision of providing Innovated products to cater the current and unmet needs of the dynamic & constantly evolving electronic industry.

We are ISO 9001:2008 accredited professional Co. with advanced machine technology with constant focus on R&D on improving our flux technology to improve our Solder products performance to meet stringent Standards of regulatory authorities around the World.

Bajaj Insulation Co. started Producing Insulated Wires in 1985 and forayed in to solder manufacturing in 1989. With robust experience we gained expertise in producing 7 different flux ratios in Solder Core wire with high flow and less Smoke than any other Solder brand in India.
